Acolytes

Children who wish to light church candles (at the beginning of the worship services) are asked to coordinate with Mary Miner (who serves on the Worship Committee).  Mary will offer some ‘training’ on acolyte responsibilities (lighting and extinguishing candles). There is a sign up place for acolytes for each Sunday (along with Pulpit Assistant, Greeters, etc.).

Our worship service at Christ Presbyterian will offer a “Reformed” pattern of worship; with neither a praise band, altar call, or feature “speaking in tongues.”
