Join Us For Caroling!
The Outreach Committee is sponsoring "Caroling" on Sunday afternoon December 7th, with hot drinks and treats to be enjoyed by carolers. Following the tradition of United Community Church, we will be visiting older members and shut-ins at their homes. All are welcome at this fun event!
Children's Christmas Program
Sherlyn Pallassino is directing the Dec. 14th musical program, called "Angel Alert! The Night That Heaven Came Down." In Angel Alert!, the entire angel choir is waiting to be told when they get to go to earth and make the grand announcement. As they wait for the call, they review God's faithfulness through His promises and some of the prophecies about the Savior's birth. Some adult choir members will add their voices to children and youth for this special worship. Marina Gorelaya will be accompanying the choral pieces.
"Candlelight Service"
Wednesday evening December 24th at 7:00 PM we will hold our special Christmas Eve service, with alot of carols, scripture lessons, a brief pastoral meditation. Sharon & Bill Holbert, Tiffany Lawrence and Renae & LaRayne Hesse will be contributing special music. We will end with lighting devotional tapers and singing "Silent Night" around the sanctuary.
